Not sure about physical size differences, but I was told by the dealer that the KX-033-4 is the smallest size that has both heat and A/C in the cab.

I bought a UMHW blank from GWT for my RB1684 to replace the steel cutting edge for use on my asphalt driveway. I have to say it worked great on the slushy snow we got overnight. My driveway is fairly new and I did not want to take a chance digging into it or catching an edge.

An lx2610 would do you fine. Mine handles the snow real well and it's done any loader type of work I needed to do.

No action shots, but we got 15" of fluffy snow overnight. I had so much fun that I took the tractor to a neighbor's house to help him out.

I have the lp 1684 on my lx2610 and use it primarily for snow removal. I also have the hydraulic kit on it which makes it nice for not getting out of the tractor to change positions.

Snowblower and rear blade put on today. Figured I would put it on before the floor got too cold. I also enjoy the warm cab while playing in the snow.

Since a ballast box is all about weight, it being heavy seems to be a good thing.

Used the brush cutter for the last time of this year. I gained floor space by standing it up for the winter. The excavator came in handy for this.

I haven't used mine for grading so I can''t give any advice there. But I would think if it bogged down you could take smaller bites.
