    L4400 fel not working

Lets recap: You measured 2600 PSI pressure at the loader inlet hose. You measured 8+ GPM flow at the loader inlet hose Yet with everything connected the loader will not raise or lower and the bucket will not tilt or dump. Switching tank and power beyond connections at the hydraulic outlet...

L3902 HST - 3 point lift needs a small increase

A word to the wise. Long heavy 3pt implements bouncing around on the 3pt break things. Be very careful about boosting pressure beyond the factory specification. Dan

    Front loader for a B7200

The B7200 outlet block relief specification is 2060 PSI. The B7200 3pt lift is rated for 400 pounds max at the pins. The B1630 loader used tractor hydraulics on all b7200 and B7100 models Per the manual the loader relief cartridge was "not adjustable" and came preset at 1450 PSI. Yet there is...

    Hydraulic Issues - Ideas?

Does the 3pt lift come all of the way up with nothing on the lift arms? Do you have any other hydraulic accessories like loader, rear remotes, or backhoe on the machine? Dan

    L4400 fel not working

BEFORE doing anything put identifying marks on the loader hoses connected to ports C and D on the hydraulic block. I would suggest paint or tape using RED for C and BLUE for D. Take a picture of the hoses with the identifying markings. AFTER the hoses are marked swap the C and D connections and...

    Front loader for a B7200

I will have to look at my msnuals. The lower relief pressure absolutely lowers the 3pt lift capacity. I have no idea why that was done. The only readon I can think of is the loader was deemed too light for heavier loads. Dsn

    L4400 fel not working

In 40 years of user assistance much by phone/email I have been fooled too many times. Since I am not there to listen I can't judge what other people hear or dont hear. A simple empirical test is more reliable...

    L4400 fel not working

Thats a good and timely question. Up until a few weeks ago I would have said no but somebody here had one that did. Or at least replacing the pump fixed his flow problem. 🙄 In this case I think its time to reroute loader PB straight to tank and see how the loader responds

    L4400 fel not working

If you measured 3 gallons in 20 seconds thats 9 gallons in 60 seconds = 9 GPM. The Kubota specifation is 8.4 GPM sounds good. Dan

    L4400 fel not working

Its simple arithmetic. 3 gallons in 20 seconds = 9 gallons in 60 seconds. So your test showed 9 GPM at full throttle? Dan
