Loosen up the radiator bolts and just pull it back a bit. No need to remove it. It can be done with our moving radiator, but it's easier to move it Where are you located?

Takes about 30 minutes to change it. Pretty simple job.

If you don't install the solenoid properly it won't shut down. Make sure you get the plunger in the right place.

Left rear of engine. There's a fix as fail bulletin for them.

Call the dealer, there is a bulletin for that issue.

No need to pull the trans. Remove the bolts on the left rear frame rail and pry it out. Put a piece of wood between the rail and trans. Pull the PTO valve out and use a torch tip cleaner to get the silicone out. It's going to be a small piece, sometimes it's hard to see

You probably have a piece of silicone stick in the orifice of the PTO valve. I usually see 2 or 3 a year do it. Pretty easy fix

Probably have a bad coil

Probably blew the main fuse. Look behind the starter, taped the the wiring

Have checked to see if the 3 point feedback linkage is properly adjusted?

Very common issue with the M4. Kubota will be releasing a PSB soon to fix it.

I'd bet a case of beer on the fact that you have something blocking the oil passage to the PTO clutch. It's usually a little piece of silicone gasket material.

Most likely something is blocking the oil passage to the PTO clutch. Bits of RTV, ect get in there and plug them up

There are 4 relays on the left side of the machine. Pretty much under your left leg under the seat. One of them is the shut down relay for the coils. I have seen several of those relays fail. If I had to guess I'd say that's it

Check to see if the oil pressure switch is plugged in. Single wire switch usually by the oil filter. That makes the ground for the hour meter

Large chisel and a hammer, if that don't work hit it with the air hammer.

You definitely have something else going on. The header wont cause a no start.

When you installed the new harness did you put the relays in? New harness comes with fuses but you need to transfer the relays.
