Only adjustment I know of is the rod underneath that goes to the clutch pedal. I've messed with that quite a few times to no avail

I changed the whole clutch pack and the throw out bearing.

Ever since I put a new clutch in my G4200 it always grinds from neutral to any gear and reverse. When it warms up the grinding stops. I don't understand why, and theres not much adjustment other than the rod to the pedal. Am I missing something? .

The previous owner apparent shortened the rod underneath that goes to the peddle. I had to make a new one from scratch. Now it works as it should.

Rebuilt the clutch on this G4200 that I have and when I step on the clutch pedal it's like there's no clutch at all. I have had it apart 3 times already and don't see anything I missed. Is there something or sequence om doing wrong?

I cranked it over today with no electtical issues other than a not so good ground cable from battery to frame.

I didn't cut any wires from the harness, the only thing I cut was the plug off the regulator. The plug on the regulator has 6 wires not 5 lIke the old regulator/rectifier. Blue- dynamo Blue- dynamo Red- plugs into the red wire in the new harness which leads up to the ignition switch Black-...

Yes I understand it's a dynamo and how it works the wiring diagram calls it a generator as well as the regulator. The original regulator is toast, the new one is wired as the electrical diagram says with the black being the ground. The green and yellow will not be used.

On the diagram the regulator shows 3 wires the 2 blue go to the alternator and its showing 1red/black wire going to ignition switch.

Im wondering where this black wire on this regulator goes to if the yellow on this is an extra wire.

New regulator has 6 wires old regulator has 5. I can't load pics on here from my phone because of low memory it says.

I will get a picture up later today as far as labels on the regulator there aren't any nor is there a charging light that the yellow wire would go to.
