    B2601 or lx 2610

I have the LX2610 with the 60 inch deck and have no issues with the deck rolling on the ground. I was in the same spot as you, had a bx but want a back hoe. Ended up with a 2020 LX2610 HSDC

    K-Connect to Quick Hitch adapter

Yes, it does need something across the top. Like to get it mostly finished and verify it works. Then the flatbar across the top might be a universal three point adapter. So it is usable year around.

    K-Connect to Quick Hitch adapter

This model already has wheels. I was hoping for some input for making a mount as Kubota wants over $800 for just the mount. So therefore here is my idea.

    K-Connect to Quick Hitch adapter

I recently picked up a V4491 rotary broom that I would like to use on my LX2610. I was wondering if any members made an adapter that I could steal the design of. The broom has a hydraulic motor that I was planning on running off of the third function. Any reason not to? I would like to use the...

Gasoline Engine Swap - is it possible?

I think a heated garage would be cheaper the swapping engines. You need to do some tests before swapping parts.

Need help moving seat on LA765 tractor.

I think LA765 is the loader model, does the tractor have numbers on the hood? Either way spray the horizontal rails on the bottom of the seat.

    Side by Side

We have a Ranger and use it to push dead cars/trucks into shop. Owner had a RTV for a few hours till they took it up a hill. It was taken back to dealership and a Ranger replaced it. I have a older Mule 2510 that is a diesel will climb about anything but kinda slow doing it.

    Bearing Bore Wear

How loose are the race's? I think loctite makes a sleeve retainer that is good for a few hundunderths. Or hone the inside and install the races with a tinfoil backer(you are just trying to take up the clearance). Or I have seen many a brush hog gear boxes pumped full of corn head grease.

    Front axle Lub

Is it full? It would take a long time to completely drain it. On vehicles I have left a rear end cover off overnight and you can wipe more out of the rear end. What is a L3301 fwd? I have heard of the L3301 but, fwd in my book is Front Wheel Drive. I would get another quart of gear lube, so next...

BX25d proper coolant level and leak?

is the overflow hose hooked up? Does it have a hole in it. It is easier to replace the radiator cap than it is to test it.

I would use a time-sert, yes more money, but a much stronger repair. I have used them in aluminum engine blocks for the heads bolts that strip out in the Northstar engines.

    Low oil pressure shutdown?

Ford/International trucks that are diesel, as the injectors are triggered via an high pressure oil pump.

    ID aftermarket D1105 head?

I would verify the radiator is not plugged and take the head to a machine shop to verify it is not cracked and straight. No need to replace the head if it passes. Also take a straight edge and check the block while the head is off. Aftermarket suppliers can be good just depends on the source.

    Low oil pressure shutdown?

Rebuilt a lot of engines, just none in a tractor, but, the principal is the same. Just to far away for me, hopefully other members will chime in.

    Low oil pressure shutdown?

You could drop oil pan and inspect the bearings.
