Try to pinpoint the leaks first. You may have a cracked line or leaky gasket. Hoses are usually cheap to replace, but you might find the task tough.

I've got a similar problem. Two items recommended to me: check - quick-connect hydraulic connectors (at dentent/control valve) as they may be dirty, and seals in pistons may need replacing (this is more related to poor lift/down pressure).
