I used to do burn piles but since the entire state has burnt over the last few years they have cut back on that. Now you are severely limited in the size and you must stay there or you will be fined heavily. Got tired of that and got a dump trailer…they have a dump site that is very cheap...

No…but the golf course guys do have various orange thingies….and some green that are running around. At my in laws place in Burmuda Dunes…last time as they are selling it. All the snowbirds are showing up…plates from many northern states in Driveways.

Out here it is over 800 bucks for moving 3 electrical outlets. I know the city manager and she looked into it. Over 200 of it was for city hall debt, about 100 was for retirement funds and then literally the rest was everything but the actual inspection costs…that was only about 120 bucks…

No penetration…not enough heat. Whoever did that did not weld anything…just ran some beads over the connection…hence the fail

Those “fix” welds have some porosity and likely weren’t done well. As noted, the prep is important and the amount of heat/material added and HOW it is added may need some addition thought. Did he preheat anything?

The only other thing to consider is a cracked draw pipe. The hot water heater may be throwing you off as it may be getting water with air too…but isn’t as obvious as the cold water where the flow is more direct and less time to dissipate the air when heated and mixed with cold water. Just...

I have several reels… Note that all my hoses have Prevost safety fittings. They are great…and make connecting and disconnecting very easy. Look into those while you are at it.

I have two binders with everything tracked. House, boats, vacation house, cars, trucks, chainsaws etc…I am too damn old with too many toys to remember everything. The tractor also gets the felt tip thingy…been doing it for decades.

‘At least you can get ethanol free gas. All of our damn gas has ethanol and it plays hell with older engines and fuel lines. I have switched all my boat fuel lines to stuff that is designed to deal with ethanol. The on lake premium gas here is 7 plus bucks a gallon. The Malibu takes 50-60...
