Connections at the starter are secure………getting good voltage to the starter, still searching.

Just had the battery checked, and it checks out fine. I cleaned all the posts and ground to frame, and this time I have dash lights, but when I try to start it,, it's only one "click" and then no more dash lights. Still hoping for a solution.

I pull a 6' rotary cutter with my Kubota, and I've seen some folks use what I call support chains to take the load/stress off the lift arms (attached to the frame of the mower running to a fixed point on the tractor). Is this a good thing or over kill?

I've just performed the maintenance of replacing the transmission fluid (600 hrs), and since new have never removed/cleaned the Transmission Strainer. I removed some linkage, and also removed the spring that controls the foot speed control,(this still leaves the linkage blocking the removal)...
