bump, not sure what the bump rules are ?, but figured i was good to bump thread, still trying to locate a front-end loader. been trying very hard to locate another tractor like mine, do some swapping, then sell it. folks are asking very high dollar for a 20 something year old tractor ?!..lol.

did you notice the top left bolt threads that hold the cover on are gone ?. good thing its at the top..and not on the bottom.

went to my deer woods a couple weeks ago, i knew we had to ride through some deep mud, i locked my b2100 into 4wd before we left camping area. why ?..simple...i did not want to step down off the tractor into 3ft of mud to get pulled out, needless to say..i did not get stuck..lol.

i do not know anything about the bx models ?, but what i do know is, i purchased a titan 4ft , gear drive, forward rotation for my b2100, 4wd, hydro a couple yrs back. i went with the forward, gear drive..as chain drive , from my research just does not seem to hold up?. as for the forward...

if he does not have what you are looking for ?, try fakebook ( facebook ) market place..i have seen a few b7100 on there lately. whatever you do, DO NOT BUY A TRACTOR THAT THE FEL IS NOT ALREADY ON IT !..LOL.

thats how i found out my lever was moved ?..it kept turning the key while barely moving the lever..sure enough..it cranked !. it does not take much at all to keep it from starting if a lever is not in that '' sweet spot '' !..lol.

ok...hmm..well..i know i ran into a no start issue when i first got my b2100, unknown to me..i hit the lever while getting off..and barely moved the pto lever..sure enough..after i messed with the key for a bit..is when i noticed the pto lever was not where it was suppose to be !..lol. and...

does your model have the safety switch under the seat ?. also check to see if its in gear ?. ( i do not know if this model has a safety switch to keep it from starting if in gear ? ). but most tractors have a safety switch built into the bottom of the seat.

well...its a good thing it doesn't have a hole in it ?..otherwise..he might have a bunch of pto's running around !..lmao.

if it's anything like the mid pto seal i have on my b2100 ?, i just pried the old leaking seal out, tapped new seal right back in. i did not even bothering to drain the hydro oil, i was quick !, yes..i had some hydro oil drain out ?, but it was not much, least not worth worrying about to drain...

don't know if you ever solved your tire/rim issue ?, but i still have the factory turf tires/rims i took off my b2100. they still hold air front and back, rims are in great shape from what i last seen when i removed them ?, i will never use them, put them in my shed out of the weather, if you...

hope either one works for ya !. it was just a thought that crossed my mind when i looked at the way the top of the links were attached to the lift arms, seems like you could reverse the pins on the lift arms, then move the links to the outside, then this maybe would give you move of an angle so...

looking at your pic of the scoop, on the lift arms, can you move the linkage from the lift arms to the outside to gain further angle ?, i am no tractor wizzard here, just asking if you can reverse the lift pins, move the linkage on the lift arms at the top, and have them attach to the outer side...

very true !. i rebuild atv's ( mostly honda )..i am always looking on cl's for projects..seen an ad some time back, someone had an ad up for a trx450 foreman, in the ad, they '' claimed '' it had a dump bed, and air condition, and power steering for this model and year make ?..ummm..okk..lmao.

most likely you are very correct !, but..i also have ran across a few b2100's where the transmission was shot !. this alone tells me, if someone out there that does not want to fix the tranny like i did in mine, chances are..they will sell either the whole tractor with the fel on it ?, or..part...
