Anyone have experience with "North American Implements" grapples?

Thx! Did you also consider the ones from Homestead implements? They seem similar to EA but more in line with CID (or lower) in terms of price.

Anyone have experience with "North American Implements" grapples?

Thanks! Which version of CID did you get (Standard, Heavy Duty, etc.)? Also, probably a different thread but how did you decide to get the clam shell type vs the flat bottom type?

Anyone have experience with "North American Implements" grapples?

I'm looking for a grapple for my MX4800 and came across North American Implements (https://northamericanimplements.com/) who seem to have decent prices for their Standard Duty, 60", dual top tine Grapple (under $2K). It is a little heavy at 610 lbs which is my main hesitation, but I am...

What ROPS toolbox are you using?

I'm looking for recommendations on which toolbox to mount to my MX4800. I have searched online and came up with many options, none of which seem to have favorable reviews so I figured I would post here and see what folks are using. My only requirement is that whatever I get, that I can mount...

Long bushing for Cat 2 lift arms to mount Cat 1 implements?

This is a typical situation…not much bearing surface on that bushing. I like the multiple bushing idea.

Long bushing for Cat 2 lift arms to mount Cat 1 implements?

I seem to have quite a bit of space on either side of my lift arm when i mount all of my implements and as a result, the standard 1.75" long bushings dont have much area to bear on. Any idea where I can get some longer ones? Online searches at tractor supply and agri supply don't seem to show...

    best 3-point quick hitch?

I think I have some older implements not compatible with quick hitch dimensions so perhaps the Pat’s system would be a good option. Do you need to get a longer top link to use the Pats system?

    Best Battery for MX4800?

Thx folks. I ended up with one from the dealership which is supposed to be a private label interstate battery. looks like my old one was cracked and leaking acid from the bottom…the steel at the mounting location confirms it.

    best 3-point quick hitch?

There seem to be quite a few options online for various 3-point quick attach adapters for cat 1 tractors. Is there a general consensus on which brand makes the best quality quick attach? Thanks

    Best Battery for MX4800?

That is a good question...The previous owner changed the oil recently but didn't note what weight.

    Best Battery for MX4800?

My MX4800 cranks too slow to start without the help of a jump battery now that it is cold outside. Any recommendations for a high quality, long lasting replacement battery? The one that is in my machine has no markings on it so I have no idea what size / spec it is and I don't know the OEM...

    L3901 p0606

Is there a way to clear it if it is the “A” code? My MX4800 wouldn’t start due to a cold / weak battery this morning but started fine after I put my jump battery on it but now I have 0606 code stuck on the panel.

Bush hog 50-06 rear blade on a MX4800?

It may…Upon further investigation the 40 HP max was listed as the PTO HP…so very close to 50hp at the flywheel.

Bush hog 50-06 rear blade on a MX4800?

I have an opportunity to pickup a used Bush Hog 50-06 rear blade for a good price but it is listed as being designed for a 4WD max horsepower of 40 but I have 48. Is this implement a light-duty one that is likely to get bent up or am I likely to be OK? Thanks

    Seized seat rail on MX4800

Thx folks. The back and forth method has started to work…the seat now moves about 1/2” and hopefully will loosen up now that I have broken it free and flooded it with Kroil
