Is the Kubota kit better than aftermarket options? Or are there improved aftermarket ones? Details please, I like to understand why a choice is made. I'll be installing either way. Going on a 23 BX.

In my owners manual (BX23S) it says don't fill rear tires with ballast if you have a backhoe mounted. Curious if anyone has any input on this? I didn't know and had my tires filled (salesman didn't say anything). I'm not really worried, it isn't doing wheelies or anything (unfortunately :D)...

The plastic covers for the hydraulic hose ends. I can't believe Kubota leaves these open to collect dirt. They're supposed to keep dirt out of the fittings. I know I can cover them with a baggie and a zip tie. Any other creative solutions?
