    kubota OBDII Adapter

My LX3310 has instructions for reading and clearing codes on the dash display in the service manual. Not sure if your model does but you might want to get hold of a manual for it.

    My Big Lawn Mower!

Congrats on the new mower. Good job on the shine up! My granny always said "you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear". ;) Several companies make a 5 blade finish mower in the 90 inch range. Caroni, Agmate, etc. That would be my first choice over an 8 foot 3 blade. I bought my little...

    An easy 12volt power hookup.

The LX3310 cab has a T type 2 pin connector behind the seat on the cup holder side. It is power on all the time and rated for 10 amps. Amazon has compatible housings and terminals. They require a Delphi style crimper for proper installation.

    Not Kubota Related Dwell Meter

My meter and timing light were bought in the early 70s and still work. When I was young and coming up on the farm we would clean the points with one of granny's emery boards and set the gap with a matchbook cover. Rarely moved the distributor for timing and if we did we set it by how the engine...

Adapted a Linear Actuator to a Pull Behind Spreader

The reason I made it the way I did is the actuator has built in limit switches at both ends of travel. It opens the circuit and will only work in the opposite direction when it reaches the end. I set the front stop so the gate is closed at full extension and the rear I will adjust the open...

Adapted a Linear Actuator to a Pull Behind Spreader

This is something I had on my mind since I got this little LX3310 cab tractor and finally got a round to it. I don't do enough seed or fertilizer spreading to justify buying a 3 point spreader and I already had this pull behind. In the past I connected a long rod to the handle to operate the...

    O ring question

I have both of the Harbor Freight assortments, a ORFS assortment, An ORB assortment, and two different AC assortments along with some other miscellaneous o-rings. None had a match for the 0-ring that my Kubota loader couplers have in them. When searching for an 0-ring or kit to match I came...

    O ring question

This came up in another thread a while back and someone provided a part number. I ordered a set off Amazon and they never came. The OP in the thread had measured and found something that worked for them. The quick couplers on my loader connections were leaking and I couldn't find a match out...

LX3310 Cab PTO Switch sticking when hot

I looked again and I can get eyes on it from the back. I probably won't be able to get my hands on it without removing the mower deck at which point I also won't be able to duplicate the problem for testing. I might can reach it from the rear if I remove the quick hitch so I can try that first...

LX3310 Cab PTO Switch sticking when hot

The manual says it's a switch. The PTO engages and disengages fine. The safety switch isn't closing when I disengage the PTO so it thinks it's still engaged when I get out of the seat. Engine shuts off and won't restart. After it cools off the switch will close again and I can restart and...

LX3310 Cab PTO Switch sticking when hot

The last couple of times I have mowed when I disengage the PTO and get out the engine shuts off as if the PTO is still engaged. It won't restart until I let it cool and operate the PTO lever on and off then restart. Switch looks like it might be impossible to access with the cab on but I...
