Just over a year ago, I picked out a "one trip" 40' highcube container for a friend ($5,200 delivered). Then, I bought him (he paid) a M62 with 196 hours (leased by plumbing contractor) He loves his M62! Garage is done, and house is underway. Beautiful spot on the shore of Chesapeake Bay!

I certainly do know that. I have a 36 x 48 ft steel building, and it is full. Adjacent to that one, I have a 40 x 50 ft. wood building, and it is full also. I store nothing outside.

As I understand it, the hydraulic flow on many of these small BHs, is because the hyd pump is sharing flow with another function.

Plastic inflated "hoop houses" are the best. If you use any type of wood frame, you are asking for short term rot. I have had both. My wood frame (Sitka spruce) house lasted less than 15 years, with constant attention to rot.. My 30+ year old (17x50) hoop house (galv. steel) is still standing...

You will need to find some info/cost for mounting frame prior to purchase. $2,000 is not a bad price for the hoe itself, but what will it actually cost to the buy the needed mounting parts? Beware!!! .

Be careful to not insulate so perfectly for noise, that you don't restrict compressor airflow cooling.

Extra long pry bar will fit easily in loader cross tubes.

All the above mentioned tools are great ideas. The best large/longer items I store in the loader mount cross tubes, using plumbers pressure test plugs on the ends. The wing nut pressure test plugs are great, but only useful for the larger loader tube diameters.

I bought a used one of these, when I had a wife. A very good choice.......but not the wife!
