    Adding 2 spool to B series (B2400) Pic's

Used standard 3/8" brake tubing, 0.028 wall thickness. Good for 1800psi. I believe that's with a 4-1 safety factor in that rating. Kubota service manual says the B2400 max psi is 1280psi and that prob with a loader. I'm only running a 4way blade. I believe with the "actual" thick hydraulic...

    Adding 2 spool to B series (B2400) Pic's

UPDATE Finally got around to getting the fitting I needed. As others had said, a BSPP fitting is what was required. The size is a 3/8"-19 BSPP. I actually got a 3/8" BSPP to 3/8" JIC fitting. I picked one up at my local Princess Auto for $2.99. Also picked up a JIC cap ($1.29) as I'm not...

    Time to improvise.

360lb Plus... I'd say. Looks to be at least 16" in front of the front axle, this would increase it's effect as front ballast. Nice work!

    Paint

I used it to respray my cab. Color match is a near perfect match to the factory orange. I sprayed it with one of my cheap Princess Auto guns. The area in the yellow circle is the factory color on the new floor( just replaced it). The cab is freshly painted (approx. 1 month old) I'd say it...

    Adding 2 spool to B series (B2400) Pic's

Actually looking at the chart again I saw the 3/8"-19 has a OD size of 16.5mm. I guess the BSPP I need is a 3/8"? (If I'm reading that chart correctly. The "plug" is back in the tractor again. I'll have to pull it and put some calipers on it to confirm.

    Adding 2 spool to B series (B2400) Pic's

Ya... I came across the Ryco site and saw the chart. The "plug" is at least 13-15mm across on the threads (didn't put calipers on it) and is no where near a 14 in pitch. Hex head is a 19mm. .

Since posting this I've come to realize that's what I needed. Thanks! Called my local dealer and he couldn't help me. Maybe I wasn't asking the right questions? He said "my info gives me no spec on the plug" (size, thread pitch) his description just says "plug" Funny thing is... when I put a...

    B2400 hydraulic block install (PICS)

Not sure what happend to the pic's. I agree, they should be metric. I have both a Metric and Standard O-ring kits and I tried both kinds. The metric was either too big or too small.

    B2400 hydraulic block install (PICS)

This tool does not come with the 37* flaring cones needed for JIC fittings. It comes with the standard 45*. Eastwood sells the 37* tooling for this tool. The turret block pops right off and the 37* turret pops in it's place. 1st you loosely clamp the tube "OP 0" bottomed out. Then switch...
