L3901 won’t lift and curl at the same time.

Can not argue with the consensus...but man that would suck. More design changes by Kubota, made by engineers that never actually used a tractor?

    Wheel spacers (BX2380)

My son in law's BX23S we put on 2 inch spacers because he does not have a MMM. My BX2200 with the MMM, I could only use 1.25 inch spacers Both were cheap and well made off ebay, or amazon, or walmart. Made for a jeep but work on the BXs perfectly. There are threads here and at TBN on this...

    Need Advice

I read this thread over different days. I must say I am happy the chains are working well for you. Other than that, my head is still spinning trying to comprehend what the other messages here were...yes, I am serious...

    B3350

No doubt that SOME Kubota tractors use glow plugs that are rated at less than 12 volts and use a series resistor to drop the voltage to rated voltage, often around 10 volts or so from what I have read. BUT Whitetiger, a very experience Kubota technician, has indicated the B3350 glow plugs...

Pa to make Inter 79 a toll road

I saw that too...and it makes little sense to me. Claim is the gas tax is down because of the pandemic. The negatives outweigh the positives in my view. The PA legislature is not democratic like the governor. Will they let this happen? Hope not. I am neither...independent here...

    Horrible dealer

First time I heard that...but isn't that the truth! LOL. (AND...I'm not a youngster anymore! Just feel like I am...)

    First time tractor buying advice.

So in reality you have 10 acres plus a lot of woods that you likely will want to harvest firewood from and maybe make trails through. I suggest you read a lot of threads here about the issues and complexity of the emission controls that tractors over around 25 hp have. If you were dealing...

Just bought a BX? Check your front axle fluid!

ROFL...It was pretty long to say my my fluid was low and a I added some... By the way, I have seen that ☮ symbol before...my age must be showing... :ROFLMAO:

    B3350

OK, but then how does it make sense that they would use a 12 volt rated glow plug if that were the case? Having trouble seeing the logic there. I have read that some tractors actually have a resistor used in series for the purpose of dropping the voltage down to that required by glow plugs that...

SDT, you are disputing actual specific measurements taken and reported by a respected, knowledgeable and very experienced Kubota Technician... Remember, Whitetiger did ask about size of wires connected to the relay on the B3350. Perhaps yours is one that has the wrong size wiring, and there...

    Another thing to remember

Ha Ha, Real men don't cover their box blades. Real box blades are men... :ROFLMAO: Mine has been living outside for about 17 years uncovered. Still works fine and aside from a bit of paint deterioration, is no worse for the wear... I do set it on wood to hold it off the ground though...

Bucket hooks again ... weld on vs bolt on

I see your point, but it is possible the OP can mount bolt on hooks himself, but might have to find/pay someone to weld hooks on. So the question could also be, "Is the price it costs me to have someone weld hooks on my bucket worth it? I can install bolt on hooks myself..".

    Dumb 4WD Question

Flat terrain or hilly? Hilly here. My B2910 has been in 4WD close to 100 percent of the time over the last 18 years... If it were flat here, I would probably be in 2WD most of the time...but it is not. On pavement NO 4WD as mentioned. But I do not have any pavement.

    Lil Help here

I do not use dye, but I do use a paper towel. I place the dip stick on the paper and see the oil wick onto the paper, so I can see where the level is. I think I have also just used a finger on the hand not holding the dip stick and got the same satisfactory result...

    B3350

I thought I read that glow plugs usually have a voltage rating that is lower than battery voltage. So I was surprised when Whitetiger said the voltage on the glow plugs should be battery voltage, or close to it. Point to check the glow plugs and verify the rated operating voltage is a good...

Bucket hooks again ... weld on vs bolt on

I used a slip hook on the center. Not sure it makes any difference for chain, but if I use a strap, since it is kind of round shaped, I think it is more suitable with a strap than a grab hook would be. But there are ways around that as well, so it may be a moot point. I would probably do the...

    New Member Question

I bet you will for small things. One thing I noticed is the excavator is really slow compared to the tractor to get somewhere. You will likely find that for a little thing here and there, that the BX with backhoe is the tool of choice. Of course, if you have to put the hoe on the tractor, time...

Bucket hooks again ... weld on vs bolt on

I welded a piece of angle to reinforce the top lip of my bucket, and welded the hooks to the angle. Grab hooks in line with the cylinders, and a slip hook in the middle. Never regretted the slip hook in the middle... Yes, I would do it again.
