OP, I'd machine that flywheel in a heart beat and never think twice. If you take it to a good machine shop, they'll likely also have spacers you'd add between the crank and flywheel that is the thickness of the material removed.

They are dampner springs. Take a little force out between the clutch and input shaft hub.

A friend of mine has the double (quad) forks on a skid of his. He runs a small junk yard and uses the extra forks to enable him to lift more while still using relatively small forks.

The pump is a piston style. Made to fit tight in the bore and the cold water keeps the gap where it should be. Add heat, expansion happens too much and it'll lock up. ETA: I'll have to look to make sure, but I'm 99% sure the hotsies heat the water after the pump.

While it keeps the AFM from activating and possibly ending up with a lifter stuck in the on position, it still won't help with the needle bearing in the roller lifters and the soft cams.

The part circled looks like it has some wear on it. Should the pin be on the other side of the block?

You might get away with just resealing the injector. Remove, replace all of the seals, including copper washer on the tip. Reinstall with proper fastener torque.

Flux core wire with gas shielding is commonly used with thicker metal.
