    TRAILER SAFETY CHAINS

A 5th wheel is a bit different than a ball and coupler. Under tension a 5th wheel can’t come undone. Ever hauled one? I’m sure you have seen at least 1 transport in the ditch. On its side trailer still connected.

    TRAILER SAFETY CHAINS

What style distro bars? mine were the chain style, so if you disconnect the ball. They are just going to flop around. If its the bar lock style, im guessing/assuming they would pop out of the brackets?

Storage? Portable Canopy Garage, door is too short.

i got one last year a 10x20 i left the front and back off so i could drive right through it. snow wasnt an issue, as i took the time to knock the snow off it every time it snowed. the spring wind however played havoc with it and its already got a few small tears in it from where the tarp was...

    TRAILER SAFETY CHAINS

in summary... hook your crap up safely. IMO when hauling equipment that cost a lot of money (regardless of weight); 5 min of my time is worth the investment. 2 chains NOT dragging on the ground crossed and tight enough to catch the tongue, i have never ran out of turn on a set of chains. I use...

    I'm easily offended I guess...

Maybe we use a different writing guide but north of the border? Ms is similar to Miss; however Ms is for single women, Miss is for young ladies, Mrs is to denote being married. Mr. is an adult male regardless of marriage status, and a young man used to be written/called Master i dont think i...

Picture of your tractor on your trailer

gooseneck is a specific type of 5th wheel. not all 5ers are a gooseneck. its the weight being over the axle and not behind the axle that make the towing better. also, if your good at backing up, you can put them into much tighter spots (just watch those rear pillars on the cab lol)

nothing wrong with having your loader over the front rail, or over top of the BB. not sure of your rules, but up here items can stick off the back of a trailer, they just need to be flagged. you wouldnt have much of your BB sticking off the back.

with the BX, i can just fit the BB OR tiller on, with the bucket and grapple, i drop the bucket then put he grapple on and then open it over the bucket then strap it all down. once i steal that for storage idea i will be able to put even more on my trailer lol

    Truck 1, Turkey 0

turkeys are dangerous where i live. there will be a flock of 30 just launch out of a field and go across the road. i had one hit my a pillar and explode all over my roof. luckily no dent but the mess was crazy. side note, watched 2 does saunter across the road on my commute this morning.

Damn near lol. only im going to make it so the holder is locked to the trailer, and then a steel bar will hold the can on. My quick trailer lock is simple.. i keep 2 wrenches in my crossover bin and remove the coupler from the trailer and then lock that in the garage. i live in a pretty safe...

Box blade or tooth bar for grading grassy area? Or neither?

i will attest to the quality of my LP BB... i had the top pin come out of my 3pt. i was in high gear transporting fill and using the BB as ballast. The BB hit the ground and stopped me instantly. zero twist or bends to the BB. the 3pt was a bit mangled. dealer got me all the replacement parts...

Box blade or tooth bar for grading grassy area? Or neither?

Well said!! that's exactly how I do it. i do not have a tooth bar on my loader. the BB with the scarifiers dropped down can dig up a pile of stuff and break up the ground.
