    Moved 3rd function hoses

i made a new bracket for mine as well, they were just flopping around in a hook, so i cut the bracket. put 90's on it and then hard plummed the lines. makes it much easier than the original bracket.

    Plug Lawn Aerator

Sounds like my yard. ive added 40 tons of top soil and one day want to toss about 60-80 more. I dont worry about having the golf green yard, but the weeds just thrive in the clay.

    Spring is coming!

if by spring you mean gravel skating rink time... that weekly thaw made a mess of my gravel driveway. it froze a solid layer of 2-3" of ice. Today its raining, so hopefully it will clean itself up a bit

    Ridiculous Temperatures and Wind Chills

it was so cold the other day, walking on my deck you could hear the cold cracking out of the wood. My GSP sure didnt like it. she ran out under the deck, peed and ran right back in. best part about super cold temps is that means there is a break from snow fall!

Snowblower on Gravel - Skid shoe question

I would fab up a set of shoes. Make sure they are adjustable. I leave a 1' gap until i have a good base of snow on my gravel driveway, then lower the blower so the gap is only as thick as one of those paint stir sticks. Seems to be working well the last 2 winters doing it like that.

    Daily Chuckle

My GSP has figured out how to open doors (both ways). She almost gave me a heart attack in the shower. i shut off the water open the glass door and she was just sitting there looking at me. only way i can keep her out is to lock the door. She will also come in to say hello when using the facilities.

Mounting a trailer hitch ball on the rear of a BX23S

only reason i wouldn't just put the ball on that frame section is space for hooking up the trailer, id go with the bolt on reciever and the draw bar to put the ball further back from the tractor. I however do have a 3pt hitch, and i also have one for my loader. I like using the loader for moving...

    Hydrostatic vs Geared Transmissions.

I use my bx for both those functions, and i use a '74 ish gear drive in the field (doing hay). For residential use I love having the hydrostatic, i also love the hydro for doing loader work. For field work running haybine and bailers etc I prefer the gear drive because you just have to steer...

    Schools

Few years back, my son was involved in an altercation (he was about 8-9); 2 kids were kicking the crap out of 1 kid. My son was not involved until he decided the kid on the ground needed help. He jumped in and broke up the fight. I got the call to go to the school. Sitting in the principles...

    Pallet forks would be helpful

if you added an L bracket to the front to sit over the bucket lip, you would then only have to chain or strap up, the rear.

    Pallet forks would be helpful

thats my favorite part.. i drop everything onto pallets, snow blower, box blade, mower etc.. i keep a couple empty ones around.. when i switch from my bucket to my forks i often drop the bucket on a pallet just because. truck winter/summer tires are stored in a shed at the back of my...
