I have. 1999 l2500dt...... turns out the power steering case is cracked quite bad .... hydraulic pump had to be relaxed secondarily to this .... the pump was 1000.00 here in Canada ..... and now I’m looking at a 2600.00 part for a power steering box assembly .... not sure I want to invest...

Hi... I have an LB 400 Loader on my l2500dt I want to convert the loader to skid steer quick attach. I guess I have 2 questions.... What is the most cost effective way to do this besides buy an 800.00 conversion adapter? And what is the diff in a LB402 load (for which an adapter is listed)...

I only say that as I question if the battery reaaly is dead or not as only 1 minutes on the charger and the tractor will fire right up again..then go for days or weeks before doing it again.....

Replaced seals in hydraulic pump, changed tran fluid and engine oil..Tractor, clutch, everything works like a top, clutch/gears work better than they ever have in the 2 years I've owned this tractor. thank god.

Mystery Repair. Last Year steering went in my 1999 Kubota L2500. Turned Out it was the bottom-most retaining ring/clip that holds all the gears etc in the steering shaft came out of the groove and allowed the gears to come loose. Fixed that. Few Weeks ago, sector shaft broke when front wheels...

its a 1999, i had it 2 years and not changed it myself, it has 875 hours...I am having a steering problem, once I get that fixed, I plan to swap out all the oil this summer....I thought my sigh glass was opaque, but in reality it just had TOO much oil in, up way passed the sight glass, I popped...

Is there a less expensive, acceptable alternative to use rather than the Kubota UDT fluid for transmission/hydraulics? Thanks chris

help with a part please. "Snapped" the steering gear sector shaft on my 1999 l2500dt on the weekend. Dealer tells me 35270-16600 retails for 429.00 !!! (here in nova scotia) I see part 38180-16120 for less than 200.00 on numerous places online, to me looks like the same part, however dealer...
