    B1700HST fuel issue?

Did you check to see if the fuel line is collapsing, If the bowl is full and then empties out there has to be a reason and the problem would seem that it is most likely somewhere between the tank and the sediment bowl.

FEL Model 1200 loader control valve

If you have a shop close by that makes hydraulic hoses you could check to see if the rebuild valves, I do not think there is much inside them that can be replaced besides the O rings.

    B1700HST fuel issue?

I would check to make sure there is not sediment/moisture/debris in the tank that is being sucked into the outlet, If the tank is clean then check to make sure your fuel line is not collapsing , If the fuel line is collapsing it could be that the line has lost its rigidity or that the vent in...

    Buying parts online

I have bought new parts from TractorSmart http://www.tractorsmart.com/enter.htm And used parts from West Kentucky Tractor Parts http://www.wkytp.com/ I was satisfied with the price, service and speed of shipment from both, But considering you are in Canada I would suspect that it would be...

Be wary of industrial bar tread

I think the R4's also provide a somewhat smoother/softer ride for the driver who will be operating the tractor sometimes for hours on a compacted surface like gravel, turf or asphalt where Ag's might tend to be very uncomfortable after a while. I have R4's on one of my machines and Goodyear Terra...

    advice

Thats funny, I was thinking pretty much the same thing, 1 acre with a 54" mower should not be much more than 1-2 hours work unless it is real cut up I would think with the correct 3 point attachments(tiller, plow, etc) That your Bx2200 should do just fine for a small garden or foot plot. Are you...

    L225 Crankcase Vent Blow-by

    L225 Crankcase Vent Blow-by

My B5100E has some blow by and an occasional drip, With a simple system like a road draft tube it is not unreasonable to think that after an engine acquires hours on it that some base compression and even an occasional drip will occur. Aside from the nuisance of the drip on the floor I do not...

    Tree limb saw fabrication project

Looks like a handy piece of equipment, Just curious what type of valve did you use to control the chainsaw, I am asuming the chainsaw works like a hydraulic motor so so you can not use a loader type of valve. Or is it constantly running ?

    Kubota assistant

Nice boom and the quality family time is something that there is never enough of. Taxes...that is a real sore spot with me, I pay $10,000 a year and that does not include garbage collection, I have a private contrator I pay for that, And yes you are right, seems like they are trying to drive...

What is the difference between the M, L, B, & BX?

I think the letter designation is more related to actual tractor physical size and not horsepower ratings as there are many of the earlier L series tractors that are under 30 horsepower rating. I also think that at some point the line got blurred even more as there are some Newer B series...

L245 changed transmission oil; now nothing

The presence of this diverter block is actually a plus for you, You can now add hydraulically operated equipment to your machine very easily, If you add a loader you can easily access you hydraulics without cutting into you hydraulic line. Simply run your lines from this block to an open center...

    Horn for a BX 24????

Horns typically are powered thru a relay switch,This is done because horns and other large current draw devices require heavier gauge wiring than could be incorporated into a small horn button switch. That is the center button on your light switch would actually control a relay that sent power...

    B7100 & Woods finish mower?

I do not think the ability to lift something is the concern, I think the reason for concern would be what the physical limits of the components of the three point assembly, One area that would concern me would be the splined ends of the rock shaft and the mounting points for the lower link arms...

    B2150 industrial tires?

What size tires are currently on the rear of your machine, Once we know that then it may be possible to find an R-4 tire that has the same height and width characteristics as your current tires. If an R4 tire is not available for your rim size you may have to switch to a different rim size, The...
