As it turns out the Kubota Dealer had a generic top link for 30 bucks and they were willing to grind it down for me for a perfect fit at no charge. Thanks again MtnViewRanch for the heads up on the size issue.
I bent my top link when I raised the 3ph with my quick attach on and the ROPS down. I called Kubota and they want $160 if I remember correctly any third party recommendation? I own a B2601. Thanks
Congratulations! She looks great but dirty she'd look great as well. I see a long and meaningful relationship developing. Are you allowing the wife to use her?
I just bought the quick hitch at Harbor Freight. It was on sale for $99.99 and they gave me an extra 20% off for just the asking. I needed to adjust the top link on the QH but WOW! what a difference http://www.harborfreight.com/catalogsearch/result?q=quick+hitch
Looks great!
I can't tell you how much I'm enjoying mine. I cut 3 acres+ weekly, clear brush, landscape, help the horse farmer next door, etc. Such a great little machine that fits me just right and works hard without ever complaining.
My grapple is http://www.everythingattachments.com/Compact-Tractor-Root-Grapple-p/eta-cut-sl-rg-50.htm and I asked Messick's to set up the connectors in the following way:
"Could you have the guys attach one male and one female coupler 1/2 inch Pioneer #s 8010-4 and 4050-4. Thanks "

Have them price out a B2601 BH and get back to us. The B2320 is a fine machine but the new small Bs have some very nice upgrades. I also think you can do a little better on the B2320. Negotiate.
You're going to love it! If you're thinking about getting a grapple add the 3rd function valve now. Some people have complained a little about the ergonomics but I have to say I really like the feel of the tractor and the reverse pedal works fine for me. Congratulations!
I wanted to post something here that I also posted on TBN re: my new B2601 for general discussion.
Hopefully this will give those considering the B2601 an idea of the quality of the cut. It is longer than my old BX thus less nimble around obstructions but on the straight paths it is a...
Congratulations! You are about to have some good times with your new tool/toy. Taking off the mower is really easy once you do it a few times and there are some excellent videos online as well as detailed discussion. Putting the MMM back on requires some finesse but once you've done it a few...
The truth is that that I told them I wanted turf tires and that's what they put on. I will say the tractor seems very stable on hills but I usually go up and down or when running across a slope, take it slow and easy. The extra ground clearance is always good.
