B3030 will not turn over. Baffled

I have a 2006 B7800 and I think it is the same basic build as the 3030. If you have a hydostatic pedal at the right foot, rock it gently to allow it to find its home neutral position, releasing the neutral safety engagement. There should be a well-hidden grease zerk under the floor that is often...

    BX Deck maintenance

I think you may be looking for an alternate solution to sliding the deck sideways, for access as much as easy access to the zerks. That removal concept is about as useful and effective as teats on a bore hog. I use an overhead hoist, where I disconnect, lift, and roll the deck out, service...

    Seat Repair/Replacement

I have an OEM seat from a BX1880 that is available. No idea is it fits your BX 25 series as I did not do a cross walk.

    Seats for the BX22

This seat (or other sources) will go on sale sooner or later. I got it at US $249 a while back. There is a good photo tutorial here about the install. Took me maybe half a day to do the modification for installation. This was the saving grace to the BX staying in my shop. Game changer for...

    B7800 won't crank.

I have the B7800 machine and have come to know the hydro-static pedal neutral safety switch not finding the position for neutral was / is a common problem. As stated above, rock the pedal back and forth (doesn't take much) to see if that switch indicator is the issue. There is a grease zerk...

    Changing the transmission/hydraulic oil

Relative to my B7800...check the size of the head for the filter port on the transmission. I am not sure how your 2650 is set up but the B series 7800 takes a 26 MM socket (which I did not have in my tool chest) to get the filter (mesh wire screen) out and back in. Merely a word of...

    How is the B3030HSDC

In your quest of looking for the 3030 (or similar), don't necessarily pass up an older (same era) B7800. Same machine (30 HP) and reliable. I have a 2006 year make (275 hours currently) and it does not have emission gadgets. It is also an open station seating unit, but I also do not have to...

B7800 engine stopped while at idle, no restart

+1 on the HST pedal. It needs to find the neutral position. Tap it back and forth a little with your foot and allow it to find the neutral position on the safety switch. There is a grease zerk under the floor board for that connection and movement at the point of attachment for the pedal. .

Hst pedal don't return to neutral

I realize you stated you do not see a zerk. Look closely. Mine was hidden by other components. Some of the older (2006) tractors have a grease zerk at the pivot point. Not returning to neutral (safety switch) was an inherent issue, thus the no-start symptom. Shot of grease if your new model...

What does everyone collect or do for a hobby?

I do, but I do not like it. Too time consuming for my short attention span. I did this one (posted) but the one I have in the shop now, I'll farm it out. Thanks for the kind words. It's a labor of love and certainly not a profit-maker. .

    Pedal safety switch location please

Here is a photo. Go underneath at the pedal and look for this plunger switch. My B7800 has a grease zerk for the pedal setup. Look for a zerk while you are there. I am not certain on how to service this switch. So far I have never had to on the similar BX1880. Also here is a page you can find...

    B7200 Hydraulic Fluid Change

B Series Service Guide. File attached. For my 2006 B7800 (downloaded in 2007) and other B Series machines. The HST filter requires a 26mm socket. It is not a cannister-type filter, but a screened filter inserted into the side of the housing. .
