    I think it would be good to put Multimeter on negative and positive on on starter at heavy wire and see what the voltage is with key on start and when key is in on position. To see if you have power to starter and load test of the wire to battery

    Overheating diagnosis

    MADDOX COMBUSTION Tester about $30 will let you test if the are combustion gas in the radiator. For leaks I would use a rad presuure Tester and set at rad cap psi and watch for leaks.

    Tire came off the rim

    I had no water and mine did that was low on air, I jacked it up and put a strap around the tire and took stem out and filled it with air. But as others said this is the time to remove the tire and hose it down and clean it thoroughly and paint the rim.

    Ball on forks?

    I drilled both forks for a ball, if real heavy load I have a piece that goes on both forks and there is a pin that drops in the holes at the ends of the forks. It divides the load.

    I think I would first try to bypass that seat switch for testing purposes.
