Thanks for the tip. I will verify the ground path with my ohm meter. As I sandblasted and repainted the part I made sure to clean paint from areas that seemed to be the ground path. I added dielectric grease to prevent future corrosion.

The glow plugs are not getting power. It appears that there is an electronic control that automatically turns them on based on temperature. It seems like a complex system that is expensive to repair.

My glow plugs are not working. Every other tractor or piece of equipment I have used has always had a manual switch for the glow plugs. I really enjoy the simplicity of my L3600 vintage (minimal electronics). I am thinking about installing a push button to control the glow plugs. I trust...

I want to thank all of you for your help. It turns out that the pressure regulator in the outlet block had something going on. I took it apart, cleaned it, reinstalled it and all is good

Looking at the schematic I can see how A1 gets pressurized (blue lines)- is that my lift (head) side of the boom cylinder? checked pressure is put on A1. The red shows A1, B1, and PB all getting checked pressure. The green shows Pressure directly to PB (outlet) and A1 and B1 being connected to...

Why would the valve flow fluid from both of the ports when not connected to a cylinder and the valve handle in the raise position...

I have done more trouble shooting. -I removed line 2- this is connected to the rod side of the boom (the pressure port for lowering the boom). -Curly and Dump work -When lever is moved to lower the boom fluid shoot out this port. -I then also removed the hose connected to port 1. -...

I guess the problem is in the outlet block; not allowing the non pressure side to flow back to the reservoir. There seems to be some sort of check valve on it; is that the issue?

I followed the instructions and here is what happened. -Tractor not running - removed "C" line : Small amount of fluid -Pushed control lever forward- fluid shot into bucket like a 1/2" garden hose would and loader dropped Added step: -Started tractor with hose off- fluid shot in like a 1/2"...
