    how do i lower my pto/3 point hitch on a l39

    i have recently purchased an l39...i am trying to hook up my rotoray cutter to it, but am not able to lower the 3 point hitch to attach the cutter? Is there some sort of switch or safety valve to raise and lower the 3 point hitch? Please help.. Thanks
