BX2822A 55" Commercial Snow Blower - What is the HYDRUALIC deflector configuration WITHOUT 3rd function setup

Thank you. Based on your picture, BL2666A looks like it's the configuration for a machine without the THIRD function (how I purchased my machine). But that number, BL2666A was NOT AN OPTION to purchase. So it's really even more confusing now. lol. That said, I ordered BX2812A "Hydraulic Chute...

BX2822A 55" Commercial Snow Blower - What is the HYDRUALIC deflector configuration WITHOUT 3rd function setup

Hello. I've ordered a B2601, complete newbie to tractors. Dealer said I can get the HYDRAULIC DEFLECTOR for the BX2822A 55" Commercial Snow Blower WITHOUT having to add the tractor third function. Does anybody have pictures of, or can explain the setup for that setup? What do they mount on...

Thanks for all the Answers, Ordered my B2601 Today!!!

Thank you VERY much. It certainly clears up how the third function works with snowblower. What remains a mystery is what my configuration will look like. Supposedly, in the $1,048 price for the hydraulic chute deflector "kit" are enough parts to make it work WITHOUT the third function. Maybe I...

Thanks for all the Answers, Ordered my B2601 Today!!!

That makes sense to a newbie (me). The blower will be in float most of the time. I appreciate it. I imagine they strap on a switch to the joystick. That's probably included in the kit and drives the kit cost up

Thanks for all the Answers, Ordered my B2601 Today!!!

Thank you for taking time out to reply and you're interest. I'm an engineer and the lack of details is driving me bat S#$& crazy My shoot deflector is hydraulic. And it cost $1,079 roughly. To add the third function it's another $1,200. So I'm paying $2,300 to deflect snow if I add the third...

Thanks for all the Answers, Ordered my B2601 Today!!!

Thanks ... My deflector is hydraulic, but I do not have the third function on the tractor. So I am really really puzzled how this works. No clear answers at all. All my dealer said was I'll make it work for you.

Thanks for all the Answers, Ordered my B2601 Today!!!

This is where I, and a couple of the dealers, am confused. I specifically asked without the third function will this work. They said yes you don't need the third function. Evidently the kit has a diverter that takes the hydraulics from the left right and makes it the up and down on the shoot. I...

Thanks for all the Answers, Ordered my B2601 Today!!!

Thank you. I absolutely am sick of dealing with self-powered snow blower. IF I am able to make a path on my lawn to my woodshed in the winter, and retrieve wood with the B2601, I am selling the Ariens. I'm nervous about spending so much on the snowblower, but people seem to really love it...

Thank you!! I did order <cough> pallet forks <cough>. I'm excited about the snow blower and hope the B2601 is maneuverable enough for my driveway. Driveway is not too tight, but I will find out. You got the hydraulic chute!!!! Cool. So it's not hydraulically driven from a third function...

YES!!!! I was wondering about just dropping the skids!!!! That would rock to be able to use the loader to bring wood to the house......

Thanks for all the Answers, Ordered my B2601 Today!!!

Thank you all for the support in my decision process. I started out thinking BX2680 but I did not like number of complaints about the lift. That pushed me to look at the JD 1025R because of the lift of the FEL. For $1,700 more than the 1025R got the B2601. Hate the local green dealer and went...

Which tires should I order on my B2601

This is GREAT NEWS!!!!! Those are the tires I ordered today. Pulled the trigger. Rear tires will be filled as well. My lawn has a slight slope, maybe 2%/3%. I'm hoping I can clear enough of a path on my lawn so I can drive the B2601 to my woodshed and deliver it to the house in the FEL. Not...
