Picture of your tractor on your trailer

I’m a Chevy guy, but to each their own. Talked to another buddy this morning. He has F350 Lariat gas/short box version of your truck. A 2019 that replaced a long-time Super Duty diesel. Loves the truck, but misses the diesel A LOT. He said it’s a little light, but if a diesel was stuffed in...

Picture of your tractor on your trailer

A friend bought an F150 a couple years ago. Loves it. He'd driven Chevy's for years. One thing he noticed was the aluminum made the rear-end a little light in snowy/icy conditions. Not a problem, just something he had to plan for. I think he threw a little weight in the box to compensate.

Picture of your tractor on your trailer

Very nice truck....and that's a lot of truck. They call it sticker shock for a reason. Betting Ford was quite proud of it. Like you said, trucks have gotten so expensive. Years ago, saw a new Chevy work truck, 1/2 ton, regular cab, 8' box, V8, auto, 4WD on the lot for $11k+.......all I...

    1 Cool ROPS accessory

Moving Pictures is my favorite album ever. Gosh, we lost Neil Peart.....he was phenomenal in Tom Sawyer. Never saw them in concert....well, farm boys and restaurant employees didn't see concerts much in my era.... we always had to work. But we could always listen to them!

    BX Snowblower on B2920

This is a BX2750D on a BX. We got 34" that day. I'm actually across the road from my house in my neighbor's driveway. Did 5 driveways - whole neighborhood.

    BX Snowblower on B2920

Wasatch - - if you look at Kubota's parts diagrams, it will show what Kevin's B2788 mid PTO kit looks like. https://apps.kubotausa.com/illustrated-parts/ Agree to legal, then put in B2788 for model search. Can do the same for your BX2750C blower. Diagram shows the female end of drive shaft...

    BX Snowblower on B2920

kevin - I'm not at home to check, but does the mid-PTO kit include both the shaft w/ female couplers to connect to the tractor, as well as the "mid" straight shaft and bearing holders? I do recall one P/N was a longer mid-shaft than the other... Trying to help Wasatch out, but it was a...

Labor for rear remote install on L Series

Parts and labor or just labor is important, as Ford said. Following SDT's comment; when I bought my BX, I got the snowblower and front hitch/mid-PTO in crates/boxes. I think my salesman said it saved me a couple hundred $$ assembling myself. It surprised me they would charge to do that.

    FEL arm pushed in

One picture would say 1,000 words here.... You mean the upright arms that connect to the mounts are out of sync?? If so, I'm a little stumped how they would have 12" of travel, unless as Dave said; one was pushed 6" in, and it pushed the other 6" out..... If so, just hook the boom...

    Propane Grill Recommendations?

I looked at a Pit Boss grill at Tractor Supply this morning. Looks pretty solid. Didn’t care for the auger much, but I’m used to the auger on my Harman XXV stove that runs 7 months a year non-stop.....not a fair comparison.

How to remove broken radiator drain plug

I vote for the remove/replace option also. Makes better sense than chancing a failure later. I also pull the lower hose. When I first looked at the drain on my little BX, my first thought was that’s just going to break..... whitetiger knows much better than me, but that extractor looks like...

    What's cookin' boys?

For what it’s worth, here’s a great BBQ for shrimp. That cookbook is 30 years old - same one curry beef is in. Gotten pretty beat up...we keep it in a ziplock bag now... First time we did this, it was a big splurge for us to buy 2 pounds of shrimp due to the $$. Most of it was eaten right...

    What's cookin' boys?

Got some sirloin pieces marinating in spicy curry. They’ll go on a screamin’ hot grill until rare/med rare....probably will get a shot of oil to really get things cranking. Only a couple minutes and done. Tried the vacuum sealer....worked good, but doesn’t draw too tight on the moist food...
