It's late, so I'll respond to other replies tomorrow. I found this video. I thought it covered things well. Worth watching. Implement Sizes For Your BX Tractor

Holee molee, thats an aerator. The 3pt type are nice. That's pretty impressive the 3PH picks that up, even if it is minimally. Thanks for chiming in. I'll definitely look into it. 31 Lbs difference is not much.

I wish we had a place near, to rent specific tillers, or tillers in general. The Deere dealer is the nearest tractor related, for 60 miles. My situation, I'm wanting to add a tiller to the BX package I'm about to buy. I'm in agreeance with your findings, as I found (based on specs) the BX would...

I'm all for a wider stance, don't take me wrong. I can see the benefits of doing so. I would be leary of anything but steel spacers for piece of mind. I'd also question the load rating on the bolts the spacers come with. I'm still adding them to my list. LOL. Thanks for the suggestion.

    BX2380 >NEEDS a Tiller That Covers It's Tracks

Bare with me folks, I'm new here on the forum. I'm buying a BX2380, and I'm looking for a tiller. The dealer is pushing the offset (391lb) RTA1242. I'm not too keen on how narrow it is. There's also the no offset (421lb) RTA1250. The dealer told me it would not work. In my mind, given the PTO...

Sounds like the right person hasn't come along to run with your thoughts. Those 3D printers are pretty slick, given the experience behind them in designing.

The wheel spacers, doesn't that put a stress on the bearings? Honest question. I've seen people put them on different 4x4s, and heard they make things wear abnormally. How do the tie-rod replacement boots hold up, compared? Good to know alternatives.

Neat MODs, but YIKES!! This is a worthwhile investment. I bookmarked it!!

The stainless filter? I'm the type, if it's tried and tested and does the job, to go with what's suggested, most times. It's difficult for me to wrap my brain around some things, not having the tractor at home yet.

The UnderArmor (unless in sticks, brush or rocky areas) might be beneficial. It's on my list to consider The Pirhana Bar, thats a worthy add-on from the get go. I originally planned to get the bucket edge Kubota sells. I had the salesman remove it. I also earmarked that arched 3pt QH for...

Was this solution your find? Haha, I love it. Not only that it filters out the crud, but the Outside The Box THINKING and finding a solution in totally different conveniences. Cheers to you. Or to whoever had the creative mind that shared  I will invest in one!!

All great info. Knowledge is a good thing to have. While I'm not "new" to running equipment, I'm sure (like any) these small tractors have a learning curve of their own. That will come with time in the seat, which will happen. All you shared comes to play, for an uneventful day. I've always...

I did a G-search and found BXpanded to make the Belly Pan. Great suggestion. The Hydro fluid not being topped off, seems to be a thing. My green one had the same lack of being up to where it should have been. Thanks for the reminder!

No Sir. Thanks. I'm very interested in any and all tips. Preventative or otherwise. Everything is appreciated. Please elaborate with more info regarding the HST Cooling fan. I did not ask about the wheel Ballast, although it is included. I'll be sure to inquire what type of liquid it is...

I'm entirely new to diesel. Would you elaborate more clearly to my newness? Are you referring to adding a screen below the fuel filler cap, or a filter somewhere further down the line? I'm open to suggestions!!

I'm pretty confident the BX2380 will fill my every need and then some. Compared to the green machine I had used for the five years of ownership, that thing was THIRSTY. I never kept an exact track record, though the average full tank would last 5 hours of 3/4 throttle an above. Not continuous, I...

I used a Deere x739 to it's (almost) fullest potential in the five years I had it. I needed the rear pto ($1100 plus install) and a FEL (4k plus) and a rototiller ($3700), but was not going to invest that coin into a gasser, or a garden tractor for that matter. I said goodbye to Deere all...

I already have a back blade, box blade, rock rake, aerator, dethatcher, ballast box, boom-pole, wheel-weights, suitcase weights, lawn roller, and two garden trailers..and, I'm sure I'm missing some things. LOL

I did as much research as was necessary, to know that Deere does not care if I'm a fanboy. No KY supplied and they insisted on thinking I would let them rake me over the stump a second time to buy another. Two different dealers, two forms of rash. By-Bye Deere.
