    Forks that clamp onto bucket

When I use the loader, always in low and 4wd to load, then low 2wd to move and dump, saves my grass from getting ripped up. But low and slow is my rule of thumb with the loader, I also have a ballast box filled with solid concrete blocks on the rear I'd say 300-350 pounds worth.

    Forks that clamp onto bucket

Yes, I figured this, for most of my jobs (this fall) it will be attach to the bucket, drive to location, load and dump. Nothing precise, I do plan on real forks next year.

    Forks that clamp onto bucket

100% agree, my end goal is to have both, but for now with the job I have to do, I would consider even the clamp on ones to be overkill. Next summer I'll need the real deal..

    Forks that clamp onto bucket

Well, I pulled the plug and bought these off of Amazon. If price seems ridiculous "Welcome to Canada" They should arrive on Saturday. I bought these as I like the double turn screw and the little plate under them to spread the clamping force out, and they're orange...

    Are dealers that busy? Update.

For my dealer they are great for parts and service, for sales not so much. I have to chase them down for everything then pay for it.. I think it is time you walk it and air your concerns, if they are that busy it will be apparent when you walk in.. People don't want tractors, they need them...

    Forks that clamp onto bucket

That looks awesome, I want to make something like that as well for the exact purpose you have pictured. But for leaves, yard waste etc. having it able to dump is what I want.

    New Kubota or Kioti

I would suggest you make the same post on a Kioti forum as others have said. I bought Kubota based on dealer being 6 mins away from my house, if they were a Kioti dealer I'd own a Kioti..

Buying a BX and already own a L2501

Due to my own foolishness, I almost flipped my BX1880 into a ditch while mowing. The mower deck was what saved me and the BX. I'm not mowing in that area anymore..

    Forks that clamp onto bucket

I would suspect that the bending is from carrying very heavy loads? I like the idea of a carry all on the 3pt but not for dumping loads, mind you there are some good rear dumpers out there, the issue if for now is my budget. as you can see much more money.. https://split-fire.com/tractor-carry-all/

Buying a BX and already own a L2501

Yes, I did almost the same thing. Bought my BX1880 for snow removal and cutting grass, then 6 months later I had the loader installed and wish I had done it at the start. One thing to keep in mind is from what I was told all the BX's use the same loader/bucket, so if you really don't want it you...

    Forks that clamp onto bucket

Exactly, If I need to lift 500+ pounds on a regular basis I'd get real forks, but for what I need 90% of the time is something quick and easy to move lighter loads. While I think making something custom fit is a really good idea, time never seems to be on my side. LOL

    Forks that clamp onto bucket

Good Point, they state overall weight of 58 pounds and only 30" fork length. Funny their description shows exactly what I want them for.

    Forks that clamp onto bucket

Ha! very true, but I'd like it to last more that one trip, I expect the leaves to be wet as some point of my collecting this fall. I found these forks and I think they calm some of my worries with the unique design compared to others I've seem. I doubt they will ever see a 1/4 of what they can...

    Forks that clamp onto bucket

Yea, I'll see what I can do. to be honest I wanted a simple solution to a simple problem, lugging yard waste easily. For much of it I can just use the bucket and a couple of trips, but for leaves, branches etc. having something bigger to haul more is ideal.

    Forks that clamp onto bucket

Now that is a cool idea, I have some large sheets of steel kicking around... you're giving me idea's

    Forks that clamp onto bucket

Agreed, I have a ballast box on the 3pt and the load will be as close to the bucket as possible.

    Forks that clamp onto bucket

Ah, ok. I'll look into that well, but as for the forks they will have other light duty uses. So I'll measure and figure it out.
