They plumbed the 3rd function valve incorrectly they must not have tried it after it was assembled should be an easy fix. It could have a bad QD fitting but I doubt it since it was a new install.

WR Long also makes good quality grapples and were also sold by Everythingattachments before they got bigger. I think they still sell some of the WR Long 3rd function kits and other stuff. I bought a EA grapple and noticed they used china made hydraulic cylinders I don't know if they still do or...

Just like everything else in the last couple years or so nothing is cheaper or going down anytime soon.

ECO is what I got 56v and it does a nice job I don't remember if I got it from Lowes or Home Depot but like I said it's a decent one without braking the bank.
