Let me clear thing up a bit. I have tried to disengage the 4WD without the tractor in motion, it would not disengage. Then I tried it with the tractor very slightly in motion, still nothing. The selector lever is in the 4WD position but the the tractor itself is in 2WD, no power to the front...

I tried moving the lever while backing up and also while moving forward, it still will not move. Any other suggestions? Just like everyone else, I am trying to avoid a trip to the repair shop.

I have a 4WD MX5100 with about 110 hours. Recently I noticed that the front tires have no power to them even though the 2WD/4WD selector is in the 4WD position. The lever will not move from the 4WD position. Does anyone have advice on how to get the selector lever to move? I am hoping that...
