    Used tractor price negotiation

I can't belive this post exists... Anyway, Shalom. Find what you want and need. Pay asking price for it, if its a fair price. Dickering around is 3rd world. It embarrasses anyone who has ethics.

    Which Kubota is right?

I suggested an L2502 earlier. But, I recant that.... Somewhat.... Sort of. I'll explain... OP, do yourself a favor and go to the Kubota website and calculate it all. Find what you need with your tasks for it, on that website. And consider the posts from Kubota owners on here. Great...

    Which Kubota is right?

L2502. It's overkill for your property size but it's a hardcore very serious tractor. Probably better resale value than a B. If i didn't need a cab, I'd have an L2501 or L2502.

I despise buying home appliances such as refrigerators!

I do my best to rebuild our older fridges, freezers, and washer and dryer. Even down to replacing the brushes in the motors or the whole motors. New new stuff is built to fail. Kinda like 1980's new cars. Every seen how much plastic is under your late model car? Lol.. Plastic dehydrates...

    Thought for today

Thank you Geo. I was hoping to see Charles in the next life. If you are right, maybe not. What does it hurt you to try to find Truth?

    Thought for today

Thank you. Good post. I am not offended. But I think that you know the Truth deep inside. I think that you so totally want to reject what is staring you right in the face. That you go to any length to deny it. But I just don't know you. If you are an atheist and have a Christian...

Memorial Day … Not just for a party-weekend or a day off from school…

I agree. Train your child in the way to maintain freedom. It's not pretty. The younger generations might suprise and save us all from tyranny.

    Thought for today

Morals are based on good vs evil. But, With neither good or evil, morals are just a slogan for ones soul to justify being nice. It is all based on something. What is it based on is in your soul. That or this is the question. Why?

And those who don't believe in any god, slaughtering more for the sake of an easier lifestyle or political tyranny. Examples are: Mid and late term abortion. Lenin and Stalin. Mao. Pol Pot. Castro. In all cases, millions died. On the other hand: Those who believe in God but didn't follow...

    Thought for today

My oh my. Don't get me started! D2 has valid points. Geo is hailing from the left... and although I disagree with Geo most of the time.. almost ALL of the time.. He/she is a solid counter idealism. I appreciate his input. But in a perfect world... we could all sit down and have...

New (used) RTA1550 tiller - change chain case grease

Make your own gasket. It's not rocket science. Get some Permatex, and a cardboard cereal box. Saving the old gasket, considering what it's been thru, it's probably a waste of time. it will probably come off in pieces.

EA or otherwise, those pins haven't seen grease in a couple years or more. Unless it was submerged in a lake or pond. You get what you get when you don't maintain it.

Nothing like a good Grease Gun to lube your tractor or save the world from tyranny.

Memorial Day … Not just for a party-weekend or a day off from school…

Lock and load, my friends. The day is coming when even older men and women like you and I will be the last stronghold for freedom. Many of the young these days don't 'get it'. They just don't care or understand. They, and we, live free because of the heroes in arms that came before us...

    Things you never see

The guys a genious. Brilliant. In fact. Almost beyond being a human. Scary. But that doesn't mean he's keen on aesthetics or functionality. If we want a spaceship, or an electric car, he can do it. Hands down. If we want a pickup truck, he should steal an engineer or 10 from Dodge...

Kubota M62, Or used Commercial Case, JD, JCB. Or Mini Ex?

^This is actually been on my mind too. Or talking to tree companies to take them all out and haul away. They would be done quick. And I can watch from the deck with a stogie and scotch.... But in the end I still need a TLB or excavator to plant trees.... maybe a BX TLB would do for that...

Kubota M62, Or used Commercial Case, JD, JCB. Or Mini Ex?

Thank you all. I plan to extract trees and stumps over an area about 5 acres. But it might grow into 10 acres. Then plant apple and cherry trees. It's Wisconsin. Time is on my side because the new trees, (24"box size), won't be mature enuf to seriously produce until I'm in my 70's .. or...

Kubota M62, Or used Commercial Case, JD, JCB. Or Mini Ex?

Thank you. Not commercial. Not 365. No cab needed, but most commercial BH's have a cab. I'm leaning towards a new M62.
