3 point won't lift after fluid change

And it's You were close... Your comment got me to thinking about the original filter; I thought it was strange that it was bent when I removed it, but figured someone just half-a$$ed it and didn't seat it correctly. When I installed the new one (the same direction as the old one), I thought...

3 point won't lift after fluid change

Hi, Dan. This tractor doesn't have a loader, and I haven't been able to identify a selector on the pump or tractor.

3 point won't lift after fluid change

I'm changing tires now, so the front end is on jack stands, and I can't drive it. This one has no loader and is 2wd (no power steering.)

3 point won't lift after fluid change

3 point won't lift after fluid change

    L2350 leaking tank

No, unfortunately not. This little nipple is on the bottom half of the tank.

    L2350 leaking tank

On the opposite side of the tank from the fuel line, there is a little nipple that's dripping fuel. It's steel and is part of the tank, and it appears to have been filled with some kind of plastic? What is it, and how should it be correctly repaired?
