I must admit had to google "hall effect switch"...learned something today. I have seen them in use but didn't know what they were called. Looks like they would be less likely to fail when used in my scenario. Thanks for the feedback.

My Grand L4060 and from what I can understand most, if not all, 4X4 Orange Tractors don't have an indicator light on the dash for when the 4X4 is engaged. Has anyone been able to add this feature to your tractor? At a minimum is there a medallion that will fit in the 4X4 lever knob that shows...

OK...the compost is what gives it the look of cotton dirt. Looks like some good rich soil!

Is that top soil or cotton dirt? If it's cotton dirt be aware you will fight weeds for a while but in the end it's ok.

I hope you were able to find fertilizer at a decent price? It's so costly in my area I just had to put it off, waiting for the price to go down
