For years I did the same, emptied the carb but had trouble the last few years with condensation corroding the needle and seat but since using seafoam I haven't had any more trouble, again personal preference
I've bought carbs of FleaBag for cheap that turned out to be cheaper than cleaning them and putting a kit in that worked real good and now even Amazon has gotten into selling small motor carbs along with other parts.
Sounds like needle valve is gummed up and not closing all the way. Also I found with them engines if you give them a couple tugs then let it be for a couple minutes and try again they usually start. Also check for gas in the oil and if so drain it and then refill.
It's always a sad story when it involves animals you're close to.:( On the bright side you have time to take swimming lessons for their first time training.:):)
This thread is like the places we take Digger for walks, we always recognizer the dogs first and pretty much all their names but only a few of the owners names.
Thanks skeets, ve9aa is right but some people got hit much harder on the western side then us, just a power outage for most of the day Saturday and back on Sunday morning but no damage.
Lol, now that's too funny, must be a twin to our neighbours awesome dog Haley across the street. I have to tell you that beautiful little girl helped me through a very hard time when I lost my my little buddy Moe. Thanks for posting. :)
