    Kubota paint

Well I bought a new plow for my Kubota a couple days ago which was black but I wanted it Kubota orange. This summer I decided to paint my sea can and went to Home Hardware with a small piece of left over metal to see if they had any paint that came close. After talking to the girl in the paint...

Snow Blower vs Snow Blade with a gravel driveway

You can't beat a snowblower. I use the back blade early winter first, usually with it turned backwards then the blower. With the blower I also added a couple extra plow skid shoes closer to the centre of the blower and this really makes a big difference. Conveyor belt really makes a big...

    Toothbar problems

I just received and installed a Piranha bar yesterday on my L3560. Haven't had a chance to use it but easy to install and looks well built. The worst part was paying UPS for the extra charges for shipping to Canada, last time for those blood suckers.

Build Thread: A heated cab from scratch

Once you go to a cab you will always have a cab. Even though I'm back to a rear mount blower because I couldn't afford the front mount it's worth it to have a cab.

    Let it snow!

I should have mentioned that just this week I removed the wear bar and cut and installed 2, 5" wide strips of conveyor belt the length of the blade so that there is about 2 inches of belt below my blade doing the clearing. So far so good but I don't know how long it will hold up yet. I can tell...

    Let it snow!

A back blade works well until the snow starts to pile up. Before I have a good surface I turn the blade backwards so I don't have a pile of gravel and rocks. If you can find a snowblower it will be your best bet for snow removal.
