    Considering a B2650

I'm kinda caught now too. I love my B2620 and it's bulletproof simplicity, and I didn't really want a cab, but now I keep looking at the new B2650 cab. Dealer says he would give me most of my money back for the B2620, so have to decide. I like the position control and left side steering brakes...

    New Quick Hitch

Thanks. The cheap (poor) side of me just didn't want to cut the long ones because they are $16 each versus $3 for the ones I need. (remember, I'm in Canada, the land of paying double for everything.) Dealer was out but he is ordering more. But I'll check TSC tomorrow. We have one, but they...

    New Quick Hitch

It's my first small tractor, so I'm still learning. But it works for me as all my implements are Land Pride except for the Wallenstein chipper/shredder.

    New Quick Hitch

Thanks for the reply. But I did say in my post those bushings don't work with the clevis pins. I need to order some 2 inch long ones for those now. Just wish I knew that when I ordered the hitch. Now I have to wait again.

    New Quick Hitch

Got my new Braber Equipment/Agri-Ease quick hitch the other day. Went this brand because my dealer sells quite a few and they are exactly half the price of the big name brand ones. It also has the adjustable top link. Thing that confuses me is their description and that of my Land Pride...

    Snowblower Recall

It is at the gearbox on the blower where the PTO driveshaft attaches. You can see the u-joint. Apparently it is a flip-up guard just like on the back of the tractor over the PTO.

Advise for giving tractor a bath?

Just keep in mind....many dealer mechanics I have spoke to told me the biggest problems they deal with on these tractors is from people pressure washing seals out of them. Be careful.

    Snowblower Recall

Got this today in the mail: Product Improvement Campaign: Kubota B2789 Snowblower We are sending you this letter because our records show that you purchased a B2789 Snowblower and Kubota is voluntarily conducting a safety campaign that applies to your unit. What is the...

Super UDT 2 or SAE 80-90 Gear Oil for Front Axle??

I use the UDT. My B only takes 4 gallons in the trans/hydro.....so might as well use the rest of the pail in the front axle. Plus cold days outnumber warm ones up here, so works for me.

    Considering a B2650

No the 2650 does not have a DPF on it and they are reliable. My dealer ordered mostly 2650's because of that. Said they were having issues with the DPF equipped B3350. The B 2650 is really nice. It has position control and a few other things that make it nicer than the B2620, but I went with...

    New Egines-No DPF

From the Kubota Global site. Four new engines certified by the U.S. EPA and California that have a DOC only and no DPF muffler. Lets hope it expands across the full range that all the compact tractors use. Others like Agco and some Bobcat models are using that system successfully already...

    Trans Oil change (HST)

I ran into the same thing with my B2620. I ended up way over full and had to drain almost a gallon. I even checked 4 times to make sure I had all the drain plugs out. (which weren't listed correctly in the manuals.) Glad to hear it has happened to someone else as I have been paranoid about it...

    Big Farm Add

Anyone else find this add very annoying? It keeps blowing up to full size on me and I have to keep constantly "X-ing" it out. And every time I go to click on a thread it blows up and I end up opening their site. I don't mind adds, but it gets annoying when they take over the screen.

    M7060 Thoughts?

Here's some more temptation for you. My dealer had some on display with the new Kubota hay equipment but I didn't see it the last time I was there.

    Kubota Automated Front Q-Hitch

Yes, that is the only bad part.....it puts the tractor price into John Deere territory. Way high.

    Kubota Automated Front Q-Hitch

Anyone see or have any experience with these for the Grand L series. I like it! Especially the 72" front mount flail mower. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U9Jvzp4j2NA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_L4aELfQxJI I don't know when they came out with it? Just noticed it has been added to the...

    Mowing

No doubt. Once I get caught up on some work I will likely start to take it off. Will sure be easier to get around all my trees and stuff.

    Mowing

Triple R......I just don't remove it because the mowing is something that is done in between my other work. I'm doing my firewood right now, so the loader is used every time I have the tractor out. And I'm just too lazy to mess with it, lol. The area I mow is only about 2 acres of my property...

    Pics From Dealer

The B's and BX's seem to be selling like crazy here too. They are popping up in every yard I see. Anything without a dpf muffler is selling well right now. My dealer orders as many of every model he can that doesn't have dpf's. Those new M's look really nice though.
