Hey guys I found it repaired it tractor starts and runs great. It was a the feed wire broke at connection when I wiggled it around. Thanks a bunch for leading me in the right direction.

Ok what I have is one big wire that bolts to the starter and one smaller wire that plugs into a connector next to the big wire. Does that smaller wire control electricity back to the dash. Thus making the whole tractor dead.
