Bx2350 Engine Knock After Getting Hot

I'd want to make sure it wasn't injector noise, especially if it wasn't knocking before you turned it off. Kill the cylinders one at a time to see if you can't isolate it to a particular cylinder. If you can, maybe try moving that injector to a new cylinder to see if it stays put or follows...

L3010 3 pt lift bypasses at full lift

I have a new, to me, L3010 with 1200 hours on it. I've noticed that my 3 pt lift works normally at all heights, but if I put my lever in the full-up position the hydraulics seem to go into bypass mode. You can hear the hydraulics bypassing and the engine labors once the lift reaches the top...

Like you, I don't often have a need for them, but they sure worked out! Joe

    Raising my seat

A week ago I picked up an L3010 with about 1200 hours on it. It has needed a bunch of little things fixed on it, like any 20 year old tractor. I've put a few hours on it doing some loader work and raking some ground. I really like all of it, but the cockpit is kinda tight for my long legs...

    L3010 questions

Thanks! The big pipe with the debt isn't leaking. It's just at that S shaped pipe. I searched several online parts diagrams and can't find plumbing that looks like mine. A trip to Kunota may be in order. Thanks for the help. Joe

    L3010 questions

Woo-hoo! It's got cruise! I have been box blading my road with a 1959 Ford 871D. That's a diesel with a Select-O-Speed trans. It's let's me go virtually any speed I want to, and then hold it there. I was wondering if I could hold a steady speed with this new(to me) tractor. That's good...

    L3010 questions

Thanks for the reply! My tilt lever is under the arrow. This lever has a pic of the 4 tractor wheels with arrows pointing front and back. Its connected to a cable. It's not the 4WD lever. That's near the left fender. Not sure what it could be. Joe

    L3010 questions

I picked up an L3010 HST yesterday with 1100 hours on the clock. It's been neglected a little and I spent the day tinkering with it. The Glow plugs don't work (probably the timer, not sure yet), and the shut down solenoid doesn't either. I started with a look in the fusebox and sure enough...

Perhaps this is common knowledge for MX owners ....

I know I'm reviving an old thread, but that's what newbies are good for. :D McMaster-Carr makes a 4 point socket for this. Use 9/32" instead of 7mm. They're interchangeable. https://www.mcmaster.com/square-drive-sockets/4-point-sockets/ Joe
