L 2350 Glow plugs not working

I have acquired a L 2350 in running condition. It started normal for 6 months but now the glow plugs dont work. The little heater element on dash doesn't get warm and tractor wont start. Is there a guide to test the circuit and start key switch? The wiring on this tractor is in bad shape and in the future I plan on replacing. The fuel gauge recently stopped working also but the glow plugs did keep working.

The glow plugs get their feed power 2 different ways.
One in glow position and the other in start position.

Refer to the WSM how to test each path.
