Is the tie rod for an L1802DT supposed to have a bend in it? I'm guessing it should be straight. Any harm in continuing to use this one (assuming I can get the alignment right)?

Thanks. I will do that. But first I wanted to be certain that it should be straight. Its difficult to find info on the original part number 38380-4404-1.

Since you have the parts manual for it, can you give me part numbers for #17, 21, 24, 25, 26
I might be able to match that up to other tractor models.

OK, yes it's supposed to be straight.
Now is it going to hurt being bent, nope, just throws the alinement off just a little bit.
