We’re shipping out the last of the ‘original’ L2501 Turbo Kits next week. Folks that have opted for the new ‘updated’ L2501 Turbo Kits will ship in the beginning of June. Thank you all for your patience!

We're actively looking for a local (Washington/Oregon) L2502 tractor so we can develop the Turbo Kit. If anyone here is interested, please shoot me a PM.

If we're unsuccessful getting a local tractor, there's a very good chance I'll purchase one and get this project moving forward. I'm just trying to avoid buying too many tractors and getting in trouble with my better half :p

As I've been mentioning over the past couple months we are making a couple significant upgrades to our current and future Turbo Kits.

We do listen to our customers and if there was one item included in our Turbo Kits that customers have requested to have us improve is the Turbo Oil Drain setup.

Our original Turbo Oil Drain setup consisted of a high quality 6AN steel-braided hose, 6AN adapter fitting and a custom high-temperature HTN Nylon fitting that presses into the engine block. While this setup has proven effective and reliable, we still had some customers struggle with the installation and request an alternative solution.

Today, we are proud to announce the first upgrade to our Turbo Kits is the Turbo Oil Drain system.

The new Turbo Oil Drain setup will consist of a high quality 6AN steel-braided hose, stainless steel 6AN adapter fitting and a modified OEM Kubota Dipstick Tube. To make this work, we modify the OEM Dipstick Tube by cutting the tube down, removing the bracket and welding on the stainless steel 6AN fitting. The result, is a perfectly fitting, extremely secure and super reliable Turbo Oil Drain system.

The good news is that this new Turbo Oil Drain system will be included in all new Turbo Kits, at no extra cost. And, this new Turbo Oil Drain setup will be made available to previous Turbo Kit customers as an upgrade. The new Turbo Oil Drain Upgrade Kit will include a new high-quality stainless steel 6AN hose and the new custom OEM Kubota 6AN Drain Tube. The bad news is, as an upgrade, it is pretty expensive. The new Turbo Oil Drain Upgrade Kit will run $225. And, to make the new Turbo Oil Drain setup work on the L3240, it does require some minor grinding on the frame rail for clearance. We feel it’s worth the effort on the L3240. No modifications are necessary on the L2501.

We look forward to sharing more information on the second BIG Turbo Kit upgrade very soon.
