My deck is touching the frame and the hole is still a half inch off
Again, suspect incorrect front brackets and/or improper installation adjustments.

Most dealers will not take the time to properly adjust things upon installation.

i was mostly making this as an informative post for anyone who was considering buying an lx2620 and wanted to use the mmm and the 3 point
I don't have a mmm, but from what others have said here, many people take them off when they aren't being used to improve ground clearance.

In that respect, how much they hang down when not being used wouldn't matter since they wouldn't be on.

On my B2610 I use the height adjustment to hold it up (not an option on an LX). I often do things with it still on, including using the 3ph. If the things I'm doing don't require ground clearance, then it's easier to just leave the mower deck on. I can't go into/out of my shed with the mower down (it bangs on the edge), if I have something on the 3ph that means it's not all the way up, I need a way to hold the mower deck up. I'm sure there are other people with the same need.

It has an ability to pin the deck up for a reason. It should work.

I pinned my deck up once but I don't remember if I just raised it or had to pry it up. I do know the holes lined up and the pins went in.
