That’s just crazy cool, Bill! Those small parts on a mill are the most challenging IMHO.

Ran across a vid of the finest, most versatile machine I ever ran.
Spent a lot of time on one of these during my training, because more common, standardized machines weren't available to our training class unless they happened to be open & unused on 3rd shift.
So while most of the class sat at a bench reading text books, I was running this beast.
Used it as a vertical & horizontal mill, shaper, and a lathe.
I once power tapped some parts in steel with a 4" x 10tpi tap.
Very powerful.

Scored again.... nearby thrift shop does a dollar day sale the last Sunday of the month.... every item is $1, no matter what.
Got a solid carbide burr, a 5/16" 5C collet, a 1/2" R8 collet,, a 3/16" R8 collet,, a #3JT R8 arbor, a 1" R8 shell mill arbor, and a 1"-8 thread plug gage.
All items were normally $5-$10 each.
Plug gage is like new, the rest are new. :)

Upgrade:

Old- 1/4hp, 820 to 3100 rpm, 4 1/2" throat, hgt from under chuck to base 11".

New- 1/2hp, 620 to 3100 rpm, 5 1/2" throat, hgt from under chuck to base 16", window in cover to see belt location, crank up table, "Laser Trac" sighting system.

New one was a gift from the wife's uncle & aunt in Indiana on our recent trip back there to help them out with various things/procedures/problems/needs.
