I’m wanting to give my B2301 a good wash before selling it. Any tips?
Can I pressure wash most of it or are there certain areas I should avoid spraying directly?

If you spray the radiator, hit it straight on from a distance to avoid bending fins.

Avoid the air cleaner.

If you use hot water watch out for rubber hoses, seals, and lines.

The stickers, especially those on the loader and any LP implements, do not hold up to pressure washing in my experience. I would avoid even using a 40 degree nozzle around them. The stickers on the tractor itself seem to do fine with pressure washing.

Keep your distance. DO NOT SPRAY OIL COOLER OR RADIATOR!

As @Old Machinist suggests….I would also advise using caution if using more than “standard hose pressure” on anything that appears to look like a "radiator."

I did this, and had to spend an hour(ish) carefully straightening the fins back out with a pick.

Luckily I stopped before I damaged too many fins…….

Most of us that offer this advice should follow up with "ask me how I know". :)

Also, definitly grease all zerks after. It helps ensure if any water did get in the loader pins and frame that the water will get pushed out.

Grease it until all the old grease is replaced with fresh.
Wash it with detergent of choice.
Grease it again just enough to push out any water.

Or the way I do it... Leave it uncovered during a rain.

I have none left at this point.
Yeah, I’ll be getting there eventually. I don’t wash my tractor much besides using a hose to get mud or dust off. But when I do power wash it twice a year or so I always take a sticker off. The implements have very limited branding at this point as I wa
