When I bought the mower I took the deck off and completely redid most of it, new blades paint job, changed fluid, power washed, new belt and checked the bearings in spindles which seemed really tight. When I put the deck back on I made sure to align the splines on the mid PTO. Maybe it’s me but the deck just seems loud. I looked at a few other forums and did things like check to make sure the splines were properly aligned because sometimes wear can make them align incorrectly but these are nice sharp splines I also rechecked fluid level and looked to make sure the belts were put on correctly. I also took the mid PTO off and ran it without the deck to see if that bearing was the problem. Everything checks out. I’m wish I could post a short video of me with the tractor running and engaging the deck.

As S&S said above it doesn't sound obnoxious.

Did you check the new blades to see if they're balanced from the factory? Maybe check the runout of the pulleys and shafts and that the pulleys are all on the same plane relative to each other.
