After 10 + years it’s time to sharpen it up. I have an angle grinder. What kind of disc should I use?

I used to use the “El Cheapo” disks until I tried these.

They cut so fast, I was amazed.

I also tried this version, and I liked them as well…..Much better than the “El Cheapos”.

I don't do a lot of metal grinding so I just get a 10-pack from HF for $17.
At less than $2 / disk I don't mind blowing through a few on a job or two.

I've done mine a couple of times with your basic flap disc. Start on the bottom, then hit the top. Don't grind it too shallow or it won't hold an edge for long.

Make sure you don't grind to much at a time,
and keep it cool, you don't want to change it's hardness.
