Kubota Lawn Tractor T2080 Hydrostatic Drive operation

Both rear wheels have a drive shaft to the Hydro drive. However when the tractor is driven on uneven grown only the left wheel provides power. I must push the machine to more level ground to distribute the wheel load more evenly. I would expect the Hydro drive to compensate for such situation. Is this normal? What am I missing?

May have a sheared keyway on the one that's not turning

While it has a hydrostatic transmission it still only has an open differential.
So what your experiencing could be normal.
Lift the back wheels off the ground turn one wheel one direction the other wheel should turn the opposite direction.
If either doesn't turn like that it's got an internal issue.
