I'm no mechanic and certainly not versed on computerized stuff. According to a few things that popped up the serious concern would be the P0605. The other two may possibly be fixed with cleaning them.

That crankshaft position sensor is the most serious and will prevent any start….… But the common theme here strikes me as a poor electrical ground somewhere.

Did the errors pop up after trying to start the tractor with a dead battery?

I would start with a full electrical check. Battery charged and in condition, grounds, cables, etc...

this one...
P0605 PCM failing its own ROM check

is the 'killer', if it's actually true.

if it's like other computers, it means that during it's 'selftest diagnostic', the program inside of it ( store in ROM) has been corrupted( aka modified). Now that may or not be true but odds are if you replaced the battery 'somehow' that 'fried' the computer. Of course that should not be possible BUT it's been posted here several times it HAS happened.

Issue: The engine may fail to start, and DTC code P0605 or P0606 may appear.

Solution: If DTC P0605 is present, replace the engine ECU with the updated engine ECU in the chart below for your unit per the Workshop Manual and complete a manual DPF regeneration per the Diagnosis Manual.

If only DTC P0606 is present, update the ECU Software to the latest software per the chart below for your unit and clear the DTC codes.

Warrenty Terms: 8 Years from retail date (for this specific failure only)

curious, the ECU ( for the HST version ) is $1500 CDN. Can't believe it's that cheap....
Big questions though...
1) can it be destroyed by simply installing it,then reconnecting battery ?
2) does the dealer have to 'program' anything into it ?

If #2 is true, get the dealer to install it. that way if THEY fry the ECU, THEY have to replace free of charge.
