    The box of parts

Think back prior to building your shop/barn/garage, it was probably just a nice patch of grass, then wham it's overflowing with only "good stuff" with very little room to move around. I always recommend building as large as financially possible, it doesn't matter you'll fill it up in no time...

    Greasing help.

After cleaning the zerk and prior to reinstalling, fill the opening with a good penetrant, pump the fitting and get as much pressure as possible then work the equipment. Your neighbor is lucky to have you as a friend.

Recommendations on a brand and model of grease gun

My equipment has many recessed grease fittings prior to greasing; I need to clean the recessed area (rag and small tipped screwdriver) to avoid pushing sand/grit into the fitting any tips to make this task easier?

    Dibble bar,,,, Kubota orange?

Weather using bare root or plugs, be careful not to plant too deep err to the high side, to ensure establishing good crown roots. I planted a pecan orchard 30+years ago using container trees, used a rototiller chopped a 4' diameter circle and planted them on top of the ground a put two...

    Advice on Tractor Shed/Garage Design

Do as you feel is best, starting a project like this because you have an existing slab might not be the best approach. I'd suggest designing the building /shop to have everything you desire. 22x30 has no economics of scale.

    Dipper snapped

In addition to repairing the damage, I'd suggest removing the manual thumb and welding some ears to accept a hydraulic cylinder and properly place the thumb and a couple of brackets to mount hoses.

How long should a tractor last?

Covered, maintained, issues addressed quickly and not abused, it's good for your life. Plus, after OEM parts are no longer available the aftermarket tractor parts will be available. I still run a 1943 Allis Chalmers and can get any part I need.

Trying to figure out how to trench beside road…

As Dustball said consider hiring someone with an excavator and clean out bucket. You be surprised how fast a qualified operator with a 4' bucket can move, have him throw the material on the road and use you FEL to clean up. You may end up with a nice pile compost /topsoil.

    Rear wheel studs

I'd suggest removing the tire and rim, thoroughly wire brush the backside, heating the front and backside of the hub and soaking all 8 with a good quality penetrant, double nut the 5 good ones to see what you're up against, as others have said weld a nut to the 3 broken ones. Take your time...

Tools you want to brag about?

Nothing gives more joy than having the chance to use my 19/32" socket or wrenches which I purchased in '66. To say lightly used is an understatement.

What to do with ‘yard’ waste?

As always do as you feel is best. I prefer to make a couple of passes with a disc the day before then at first light (low wind and dampness) throw a tire or two with a little diesel and off you go. Use your bucket or grapple to keep tightening the pile.

Good work, by the time you seed it and clean the equipment, another 5-10 must do projects will pop up.

    Name that Tool

You're going to love that water cooler once hooked up, no cups, ice, spilling etc. I installed low ambient cut outs, so the head pressure doesn't run too low in cold weather. I've got one in the home shop and one in the country and a spare at both locations. Another plus is either you or your...
